SIUC Clinical Psychology Diversity and Inclusion Committee
Anonymous Reporting Line
Students in the Clinical Psychology graduate program with diversity and inclusion related concerns or complaints can fill out this anonymous form. Concerns and complaints will be sent directly to Dr. Cormier, who will bring these issues to the faculty. Please be aware that despite the form being anonymous, if your concern is very specific (e.g., an incident from individual supervision), your information may be identifiable. If you would feel more comfortable discussing this information with a peer, Kristen Boog and Dale Brinsky are available as confidential peer advisors. Please select the link for "peer advisors" to have your concern sent to them.
Please note that you also have the option to contact the Psychology Department Chair, Dr. Reza Habib, or the Title IX Coordinator, Kay Doan, if you would prefer.
